Design thinking is the process that enables us to unscramble the solution amidst the myriads of issues we foresee and how we work through those issues to see an intuitive and yet simple solution.

Some of the greatest innovations and discoveries are the ones that are most intuitive and help us extend our capabilities or interests with small efforts. It all came down to an Ah-ha moment during the MBA where I could see how the creative thought process could innovate; and streamline processes, services and products. I further went on to study change and innovation management and service operation through the MBA at Warwick and SDA Bocconi.  And after gaining some experience with the process and as an innovation consultant joined the Design Thinkers Network with 23 partners around the planet. This allows us to bring in multicultural and behavioural solutions that are human centered and aimed at providing solutions that ‘WOW’
